Information we receive and how we use it

If you email us, we receive your email address and what you choose to include. Seller inquiries may include your name or shop name, city, and what you sell. We use that information to respond and follow up about becoming a founding seller. Please leave payment details and identity documents out of your message.

If you request launch updates, we use your email address to send them with your permission. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing our privacy contact.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process information such as your IP address and browser information. Our email provider processes messages to deliver them to us.

How long we keep your information

• Launch update requests are kept until 90 days after launch. If you unsubscribe sooner, we remove your request sooner.
• Founding seller inquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact.

Your privacy rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or exercise other rights available under applicable law. You can also raise a concern with the Ethiopian Communications Authority.
